"I am in week 22 of my Turbulence Training fitness regimen and I have been in love with it ever since I started the first week of 2007. I am doing TT workouts/intervals three times a week and playing tennis on at least two of my off days. I am 6'3", 28/M and my starting weight/body fat% was 208/18.4%. I started with the 30 Day Fat Loss program where I noticed results almost instantly. Diet had a lot to do with it as well. I have been following Dr. Mohr's plan and following the 90/10 rule, as my wife and I like to "throw down" on the weekends. During the week, though, my diet is strict -eating lots of fruits/veggies (LOTS of Broccoli), natural almonds in prepackaged snack sizes, lots of chicken, turkey breast, and post workout protein shakes. In these 5 months, I have upped my dumbell press weight 30 lbs from using 60s to 75s. I can't wait to start 2K5 next week and see where I can get my bench up to. After 22 weeks of TT, I am now down to 190 lbs and 10.8 % body fat. I would still like to put on 5 lbs. of muscle, but the way things are going, I know I can get there. "I just wanted you to know that I find your workouts effective. The TT programs are challenging and interesting. This is critical to keep most people motivated and producing noticeable results for longer periods of time. I can't say that for too many other programs. For example, I started working out again (after being lazy since getting out of the military several years ago) with the Abs Diet book. The workout is effective and you do get results. However, your body adjusts and adapts to the workout routine quickly. (And I do mean workout routine. There is only one routine in the book.) At this point the problem becomes apparent... what do you do after the 6 weeks are up and your body has adjusted to this single workout routine? I stopped getting the results I desired and looked to another source. That's when I came across your website. After a few months of reluctant hesitation, I purchased the 6-month bodyweight training / fat loss deluxe package. I say hesitation because spending money over the internet is always a risk when you do not know an individual (compared to a well known company) personally. All I can say is, I'm glad I finally made the purchase. I am completely satisfied with your product and your excellent customer service. Customer service seems to be a dying art these days and is the reason I am a repeat customer of yours. I bought the TT for Mass program after completing the 6-month bodyweight workout.
With all of that being said, the most important thing to me is that our training philosophy is very similar. "During the course of last year I hurt myself doing another sport. As a result, my running has come to an end.
